It is not necessary that you join gym or aerobic classes to burn or reduce your weight. It can be done free of cost at home or at work place. One just need to make sure that he/she walks everyday. I totally agree with you, sometimes in your busy schedule you donot get time to go for a walk. So what do you do next?????? Wait for the time to come?????Wait for the work load to reduce????Or manage your time????
Here are few tips which u can practice daily........
  • choose to walk on the stairs instead of escalators or elevators.
  • switch to low fat dairy products.
  • instead of keeping choclates or biscuits in your bag prefer keeping fruits.
  • "walk when you talk".
  • park you car or bike not next to your office but little far so that it adds to your exercise.
  • if you have children than dance, play and spend time with them.
  • eat early say by 7:30 - 8:00 pm.
