Ingredients
200 ml lichi juice
3/4 tsp lemon syrup

The Mint Lassi

Ingredients
250 ml thick sweetened curd
1 tsp mint syrup
For Garnishing
Mint leaves
2 cardamoms
Process
Blend the curd, mint syrup and a few cubes of ice for a few seconds, to get a frothy lassi. Serve chilled garnished with mint leaves and cardamoms.

3-4 tsp strawberry slush

Ingredients
3 tsp aam ka panna
1 tsp banana syrup
120-140 ml of lemon-flavoured natural spring water
2-3 cherries (chopped into small pieces)
Process
Blend the first three ingredients. Mix in the cherry pieces. Serve chilled.

Melony Wood Apple

Ingredients

50 ml pulp of wood apple - bail
(scoop out the pulp from the wood apple and soak in water for 15 minutes, blend with your fingers to obtain a thick pulp. Strain and use)
70 ml watermelon juice
3 tsp sugar syrup

For Garnishing

Pieces of watermelon

Process

Blend the wood apple pulp, watermelon juice and the sugar syrup. Chill and serve garnished with pieces of watermelon.

Ingredients
2 medium-sized tomatoes
1/2 cucumber (peeled and diced)
3 pinches of rock salt
1 tsp sugar syrup
For Garnishing
Parsley Leaves
Process
Remove the eyes of the tomatoes and cut into small pieces. Blend together the tomato pieces, cucumber pieces and 3-4 ice-cubes. Mix in the sugar and the salt. Blend and serve garnished with parsley leaves.
