Beverage On The Rocks

Ingredients
1 1/2 tsp instant coffee
2-3 tsp caramel syrup
Ice-cubes
1 scoop of chocolate ice-cream
For Garnishing
Scrapings of chocolate
Process
Mix the coffee with 100 ml of luke warm water. Cool and mix in the caramel syrup. Place this mixture at the bottom of the glass. Fill with 6-7 ice-cubes. Top with ice cream and garnish with chocolate. Serve chilled.
