Ingredients
3 tbsp crushed pineapple and strawberry pieces
(skin and eyes removed from the pineapple)
100 ml pineapple juice
2-3 tsp sugar syrup
For garnishing
1/4 tsp pepper (crushed)
Process
Place the crushed pineapple and strawberry pieces at the bottom of a tall glass. Pour the sugar syrup. Top with pineapple juice. Garnish with pepper and serve chilled this mocktail.
