Ingredients
2 medium-sized tomatoes
1/2 cucumber (peeled and diced)
3 pinches of rock salt
1 tsp sugar syrup
For Garnishing
Parsley Leaves
Process
Remove the eyes of the tomatoes and cut into small pieces. Blend together the tomato pieces, cucumber pieces and 3-4 ice-cubes. Mix in the sugar and the salt. Blend and serve garnished with parsley leaves.
