Baby Corn Bullets

Ingredients

8-10 baby corn
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
2 tbsp rice flour
1 tbsp flour
Pepper
Oil for deep fry
Salt to taste

Method

Clean and wash baby corns. Apply ginger-garlic paste, flour, rice flour, salt and pepper on the baby corns. Deep fry each one in hot oil. Served best with chilli garlic sauce.
